• You fill our up-stream innovation pipeline to grow our business in the Consumer Health Care environment.
• You turn our consumer insights into new and innovative packaging solutions.
• You take a responsible role in intellectual property management.
• You actively develop innovative delivery and application solutions for Aptar Pharma Consumer Health Care application fields.
• You realize prototypes to assess ideas with consumers and customers.
• You conduct basic research studies and proof of concept studies supporting our innovation activities.

Your profile:

• You are creative, curious, and happy to bring fresh spirit into our business unit.
• You hold an engineering or natural sciences degree.
• You have strong leadership abilities.
• You have several years of experience in product development or project management, ideally in pharmaceutical packaging.
• Background in plastic technology is welcome.
• You are motivated and an analytical thinker.
• You are a great communicator and like to present.
• Business fluent in English and German.
