We are now looking for a 1 qualified health and nursing professional (m/f/d) full-time or part-time, at least 25 hours/week, Stegersbach district

Your tasks:
* Carrying out home visits as part of home nursing
* Responsibility for the direct and indirect care of mainly older people
* Carrying out medically assigned measures and activities as part of medical diagnostics and therapy
* Medical wound care
* Palliative care
* Ongoing nursing evaluations of the forms of therapy used
* Close networking with other health and social professions
* Informing those affected or their relatives about nursing aids, nursing allowance and further support services
* Documenting the measures carried out Care measures
* Participation in team meetings

Your qualifications:
* Completed vocational training as a DGKP
* Good knowledge of German
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends regularly
* Willingness to attend regular training courses
* Enjoyment of dealing with older people
* Independent work and flexibility
* Reliability, commitment and team spirit
* Driving license B
