Job description
- You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, the acquisition and expansion of potential customers as well as existing customer support
- You will be responsible for price negotiations and the preparation and follow-up of offers
- The recruitment of employees:You are responsible for recruiting employees, conducting job interviews and interviewing candidates
- You are in charge of employee management, support and scheduling as well as employee development
- You are responsible for advising customers in sales, recruiting and matching
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have professional experience in sales and employee management
- You are characterised by a good command of written and spoken German
- You are willing to travel between 2 locations
- Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiating and communication skills speak in your favour
- Your analytical thinking skills, structured way of working and high level of initiative round off your profile
