To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an IT Specialist / Data Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform within Microsoft 365.

In this role, you will actively shape the digitalization and automation of our business processes while also taking on IT administration tasks. You will work closely with specialist departments and operate at the interface between modern low-code development and stable IT operations.

Power Platform / Microsoft 365

• Development, support and further development of solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI (M365 Power Platform)
• Automation and optimization of business processes
• Connecting/normalizing data sources and pipelines (e.g., with MS Fabric)
• Retrieving data via API and scripts
• Integration of M365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and Entra ID
• Contribution to governance, security and lifecycle issues of the Power Platform
• Documentation and standardization of solutions

IT administration

• Administration and operation of Windows server and client environments
• User and permissions management (Active Directory / Entra ID)
• Network and security topics (e.g., firewall, VPN, endpoint protection)
• Patch and update management
• 1st and 2nd level support
• Participation in IT projects, migrations and rollouts

• Completed vocational training or studies in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform/Microsoft Fabric
• Experience in handling databases and data normalization
• Experience in handling API calls and pipelines
• Knowledge of Windows infrastructures and client management
• Basic understanding of networks and IT security
• Structured, independent work style
• Ability to independently familiarize oneself with complex topics
• Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
• Excellent German and English skills
