ResponsibilitiesWhat we’re looking for:
Supervise Van Sales Reps (Drivers) to meet sales targets, track and supervise service levels. Do route ridings, sales meetings, route optimization, control discounts and pricing, train and coach van sales reps, execute marketing activities, supervise promotion team, weekly sales reports, route bulk conversion on Rapidtrade, execute WEC principles.
Accounatabilities:
- Collected and report competitor information.
- Compiled and implemented sales & promotional plan.
- Managed Sales Reps and Sales Drivers.
- Managed Service levels and Execute marketing activities.
- Support Customers
- Manage promotions team , deliver on weekly sales report.
- Manage Route bulk on rapidtrade.
What will qualify you for the role:
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team motivation and coaching.
- Conflict Resolutions.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Understanding customer needs and behaviour.
- Upselling and cross -selling.
- Minimum Qualification- Relevant Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years relevant experience within the FMCG environment.
- Computer skills including SAP, DSD, MM, SD, MS Office, etc.
- Business planning skills, advantage.
- Vendor management skills.
- Budgeting Skills, advantage.
- Code 8 valid driver's license,
