About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our team in learning, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow's Generative AI solutions, with a particular focus on AIOps. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI-driven IT operations while working with a leading enterprise platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and explore ServiceNow’s Generative AI and AIOps capabilities.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow AI solutions.
- Support the integration of AI models into IT operations workflows.
- Analyze system performance and optimize AI-driven automation.
- Document findings, best practices, and configurations for internal knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, automation, and IT operations.
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or a strong interest in learning the platform.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation concepts is a plus.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) or AIOps is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
