ServiceNow Solutions Engineering team is the core team in Amadeus for our production process and employee services.

Summary of the position:

You will support the team with UX skills to enhance the current solution deployed. Further analyze current usage and propose improvements, help the team with mockups and wireframes

Key Responsibilities

• Research and provide support to understand the user flows and context of usage
• Ideate and Prototype: Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Evaluate: Gather feedback with user tests

Contribute to the bigger ITSM picture by identifying design problems and propose elegant solutions

• Follow-up: check quality of the development

What you need to join:

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in User Experience, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
• Advanced knowledge in UX methods and applying them on industry solutions (ServiceNow platform preferred)
• Prototyping, wireframing, mock ups (UI): Figma
• Proficient in using visual design tools: Adobe/Figma
• Aware of Agile working methods
• Interest in UX/UI
• Interest in Information Architecture
• Comfortable with oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams
• English speaker (native or advanced proven professional level)
