Head of Test Management (m/f/d) – R&D

Our product portfolio includes electronic steering lock systems, door handles, and automatic opening and closing systems for various vehicle applications.

• Leading and developing a team of test managers
• Defining and maintaining a uniform test management framework and a comprehensive test strategy
• Coordinating resource and test capacity planning across projects and locations, including effort estimates and test budgets in all project phases
• Standardising and harmonising processes in test planning, execution, reporting, and error and deviation management Ensuring compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE and OEM specifications
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs and quality indicators for performance evaluation
• Further developing test automation, synchronising test capacities and representing the test organisation in audits and assessments
• Coordinating test scopes and results with internal and external partners

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree with more than five years of professional experience in test management
• Experience in (technical) leadership and team development
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE and OEM specifications
• Confident use of test management methods, processes, tools and KPIs
• Strong ability to coordinate resources, test capacities and projects across locations
• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers, specialist departments and external partners
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent and enthusiasm for process optimisation
