The Minebea AccessSolutions Deutschland GmbH, based in Erdweg near Munich, serves as the global competence center for research and development in the field of access systems. Our product portfolio includes electronic steering lock systems, door handles, and automatic opening and closing systems for various vehicle applications.
What you will work on:
- Support in the execution of manual tests on mechatronic systems and components
- Execution of functional testing of component control units according to specifications (e.g. lighting functions, capacitive sensors, NFC, actuator behavior, switch testing
- Setup and supervision of test benches and test equipment
- Evaluation and documentation of test results to support development departments
- Use of measuring instruments and tools (e.g. multimeter, CANoe, diagnostic tools)
- Assistance in the analysis of faults and test deviations
What you bring:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or a related field
- Interest in hands-on lab work and functional validation of mechatronic systems
- Initial experience with bus systems (e.g. CAN, LIN) and tools such as CANoe is a plus
- Enjoyment of practical work with technical components and systems understanding
- Structured, careful and independent way of working
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoke
