Your tasks:

• Organization and implementation of maintenance services as well as minor repairs and occasional installations
• Monitoring and organizing the elimination of defects and damage
• Eliminating technical faults that occur and reporting them to the customer
• Together with the team, you will take care of maintenance work on heating and sanitary systems and document this carefully
• You will also maintain inventory data with appropriate IT support
  Comply with legal and contractual regulations in your area of responsibility (inspections, tests, etc.)

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of HLS or comparable qualification
• Professional experience and knowledge of technical building systems, maintenance and servicing desirable
• Enjoy working with our clients/clinics in the sense of a balanced service provision
• Confident handling of MS Office, experience with CAFM systems or willingness to learn them
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• Willingness to attend internal and external training courses
• Class B driving license
