Your tasks:

• Assumption of planning and project management services for construction projects and personnel responsibility
• Organization and coordination of the construction of new buildings and extensions
• Implementation of projects from preliminary planning to handover to the client
• Scheduling, cost control, contract, supplementary and claims management
• Monitoring the applicable quality guidelines
• Execution and monitoring of public and restricted tenders
• Planning services according to HOAI

What you need:

• A successfully completed engineering degree, e.g. in architecture or civil engineering or comparable technical training (construction technician)
• Professional experience desirable
• A committed leader with extensive technical expertise
• Knowledge of the legal principles of work contract law, HOAI, AHO and VOB
• Confident handling of the relevant office, scheduling and AVA, CAD programs (MS Office, MS Project, ORCA, Allplan)
• Class B driving license and willingness to travel
