Department: Supply Planning / Warehouse Team | Location: Erfurt

Your Role

Ensuring Warehouse Business Processes

• Purchasing, warehouse management, and invoice verification
• Monitoring and supporting warehouse processes, correcting errors, and maintaining data
• Recording and initiating corrective actions in case of deficiencies, including initiating deficiency reports

Administrative Tasks

• Creating and maintaining procedures, monitoring safety data sheets for stored materials
• Reporting: key figures within the area, preparing presentations
• Supporting audit preparation and participation
• Supporting the qualification of employees, apprentices, interns, and temporary workers
• Communication with suppliers and freight forwarders

Inventory Management

• Continuous planning and control of inventory management
• Inventory control across all warehouses, ensuring proper storage and conducting inventory counts
  

Your Profile

• Completed university or technical college degree (e.g. Bachelor, Technician, or Technical Business Administrator) and initial professional experience
• Several years of professional experience with ERP systems is required, as well as a strong affinity for numbers and technology
• Strong communication skills across departments (in both German and English)
• Knowledge in handling hazardous materials is an advantage
• Good understanding of production and manufacturing processes is a plus
• Confident use of ERP and MES systems as well as MS Office
