Your tasks:

• Organization and management of the electrical engineering department for the Helios Klinikum Erfurt and affiliated sites
• Organization, maintenance and troubleshooting of the clinic's electrical systems
• Guidance and management of employees in the responsible area and supervision of trainees
• Independent project management within the scope of construction/technical projects
• Organizing, instructing and monitoring external companies and services
• Advising the technical site management on all questions relating to electrical engineering
• Cooperation with the hospital departments in terms of balanced service provision
• Compliance with legal and contractual provisions in the area of responsibility
• Optimization of plant technology

What you have to offer:

• Successfully completed training as an engineer, master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering, electrical building equipment or comparable
• Knowledge and experience in planning desired, not a requirement
• Experience in maintenance and servicing organization of electrical systems
• Interest in the development and realization of projects in the area of responsibility
• Familiarity with revision and installation plans, skills in CAFM an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as digitized documentation and revision documents
• Good IT skills and willingness to use work-supporting IT systems
• High level of teamwork and communication skills as well as experience in employee management
• A sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, commitment and resilience are among your strengths
• Class B driving license
