Your tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work on electrical systems and system components
• Compliance with and implementation of legal requirements and inspections
• Coordination of external maintenance and organization of external company assignments
• Supervision of the building's technical systems
• Troubleshooting, systematic fault analysis and rectification
• Optimization of the system technology

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering
• Professional experience is an advantage, career starters are also welcome
• Knowledge of building services systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of DIN-VDE regulations and experience with CAFM systems or willingness to learn them
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Willingness to participate in the on-call service
• Class B driving license
• Very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• Willingness to attend internal and external training courses
