Your Role

• Development of ESD protection devices and ESD protection concepts for X-FAB process technologies
• Design and layout of digital or high-voltage I/O libraries
• Application of best-practice layout techniques for I/O pad cells
• Physical verification, characterization, and documentation of I/O pad libraries
• Collaboration in the creation of specifications and documentation

Your Profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Preferably experience with integrated components and semiconductor technology
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
