Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Erfurt

In Industrial Engineering , the focus is on optimizing our production and supply chain processes. This position combines operational planning, capacity evaluation, and project work — always with the goal of ensuring stable workflows and shaping future-ready structures.

Your role:

• Analyze, optimize, and design production and manufacturing processes
• Plan and coordinate collaboration between production planning and order management (Supply Chain Planning) — locally and across sites
• Design and manage interfaces between MES, ERP systems, and related departments
• Perform capacity calculations, forecast analyses, and scenario modeling
• Maintain master data, planning, and performance fundamentals (cycle time, lead time)
• Contribute to and lead projects within Industrial Engineering and Lean Management
• Prepare reports, monitor performance, and derive action plans
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and support the implementation of improvement projects
  

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable technical discipline
• Professional experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Lean Production is desirable
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes, ideally in a high-tech environment
• Confident working with ERP and MES systems (e.g., SAP) as well as MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking and an independent, structured working style
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across interfaces
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively shape and improve processes
