Employee Purchasing Material Cost Management/Controlling (m/f/d)

To support the Helios clinics, we are looking for a nationwide Purchasing and Logistics employee to start as soon as possible:
full-time.
What you can expect
- Material cost management for purchasing-relevant topics and controlling of the material cost development of the clinics
- Analysis and evaluation of the consumption of goods for medical needs as well as in the area of economic and administrative needs, monitoring of cost and revenue developments as well as derivation of suggestions for improvement and presentation of these to the budget managers
- Maintaining, monitoring and creating internal key figures and preparing dashboards, reports and variance analyses
- Continuation and further development of reporting as well as preparation and, if necessary, support for budget negotiations
- Internal cooperation with employees from Category Management and Product Management in Purchasing
- Supporting risk management measures, in particular in the interface function with the budget managers of the clinics and the employees from Purchasing
What you bring with you
Successfully completed commercial training, preferably also a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Extensive experience in controlling and accounting, preferably in the healthcare sector, as well as a strong understanding of figures and clear analytical and goal-oriented thinking
Structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as a high degree of commitment, sense of responsibility, decision-making ability, reliability, flexibility and resilience
Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and relevant experience with SAP
Proof of immunization against measles
