Your area of responsibility
Occupational health and safety management for the entire area of the Eastern branch – primarily the Erfurt branch office
Advice and support in all matters relating to occupational safety and accident prevention
Technical contact person for managers, persons with entrepreneurial responsibilities and the works council on all topics relating to occupational safety and accident prevention.
Comprehensive advice and support for new construction and renovation projects
Implementation of occupational health and safety guidelines in accordance with legal regulations and the requirements of the branch's occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS).
Training and instruction of employees
Preparation and execution of seminars, training courses and instruction on occupational safety-related topics, sometimes involving external third parties.
Performance of the duties of the occupational safety specialist according to the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ASiG) and DGUV Regulation 2
your qualification
Completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in safety engineering or other fields such as environmental protection, process engineering, etc., with specialized training in accident prevention/occupational safety and a completed additional qualification as an occupational safety specialist, or comparable qualifications with a completed additional qualification as an occupational safety specialist.
Comprehensive and sound expertise in the organization and implementation of occupational safety
Extensive and sound experience in the application of common regulations in the field of occupational safety, e.g., ArbSchG, Directive 89/391/EEC, RAB 30 guidelines, RSA, ASR 5.2
Very good MS Office skills
Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
Experience with e-learning tools
Class B driving licence, willingness to drive company vehicles and willingness to travel within the branch area

Professional experience as an occupational safety specialist
