Your role:

You manage the Sales EMEA inbox: distribute inquiries or answer them yourself
You provide support for contracts via Adobe Sign
You check & qualify new leads (enrich data + work through checklist)
You enter information into Salesforce
You make initial follow-ups with new inquiries (according to script)
You provide support for opportunities: track status, obtain updates, briefly ping customers (according to script)

What you bring - You are the perfect fit if you...

Are studying business administration or a similar subject – e.g., with a focus on business informatics, international business, logistics, or similar
enjoy working in a team and are reliable
can provide on-site support for up to 20 hours/week
work in a structured manner and enjoy documenting things clearly
are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
are confident in English (international exchange is part of the job)
