Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support the implementation of cybersecurity and you define measures to ensure the realization of the overall cybersecurity strategy across the corporate functions.
• You collaborate with corporate functions (e.g. IT, HR, Legal,...) to support the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives and necessary security and risk management requirements, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
• You serve as the main liaison between corporate functions and corresponding cybersecurity subject matter experts or process owners.
• You articulate relevant changes in cybersecurity projects, initiatives, trends etc. to process owners and key users in corporate functions.
• You provide corporate functions with KPIs on their cybersecurity performance.
• You discuss cybersecurity demands or needs of assigned function(s) from a global view.
• You convey technical expertise and terminology in clear, accessible language for stakeholders who do not specialize in cybersecurity.
• You identify opportunities for process improvements, incorporating lessons-learned from past projects, and staying informed about emerging cybersecurity trends.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a comparable field.
• You have several years of experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant, Analyst, or similar, with a track record of identifying and assessing risks and proposing effective solutions.
• Existing experience in working in corporate functions would be of advantage.
• You effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are proficient in one or more cybersecurity domains such as Application Security, Identity and Access Management, Risk Assessments/Controls, Business Continuity, Data Security, or Human Risk.

Your attributes and skills:

• You can fluently communicate in English, for us it is essential to coordinate across global teams and stakeholders.
• You have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to handle several topics simultaneously.
