A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dedicated Customer Service specialists as they independently carry out maintenance and modernization measures for energy transmission networks at our international clients. You will engage in service activities involving high-voltage switchgear and components of energy transmission, both domestically and abroad, including onshore and some offshore projects. Our specialists receive qualification and certification through our in-house training center on product-related topics, as well as from external partners (e.g., TÜV). This ensures you become highly specialized while having access to extensive documentation and valuable know-how from our back office.
How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for service operations at our clients’ locations, both domestically and internationally.
• Execute maintenance, inspections, fault analyses, and troubleshooting independently and systematically.
• Conduct measurements to assess the condition of components and derive necessary maintenance actions.
• Create documentation for service operations, including service reports and site logs.
• Lead your own teams as a supervisor as you gain experience.

What You Bring

• A successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, or Electronics Technician).
• Initial professional experience in service activities related to energy transmission components is desirable.
• High willingness to travel (approximately 90%) for short- and medium-term assignments both domestically and internationally.
• Comfort working at heights and on scaffolding.
• Strong reliability, independence, commitment, teamwork, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in German and good command of English, both spoken and written, along with a valid driver’s license (Class B).
