Are you ready to shape how projects are driven globally in Grid Automation? As the Global Operations Lead, you will streamline processes, introduce standards, and ensure consistency in project execution across regions. Collaborating with global teams, you’ll define strategies, optimize workflows, and establish Grid Automation as a trusted partner in delivering innovative energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Lead all aspects of the execution of projects from initiation to warranty completion across regions.
• Implement and ensure consistency to standardized project management processes and tools.
• Coordinate resource allocation to optimize staff utilization and project delivery.
• Analyze workflows to identify and implement improvements for efficient execution.
• Foster strong customer relationships and drive collaboration across teams to leverage synergies.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.
• Long term experience in sales, strategy, execution, or engineering within Protection and Control solutions.
• A strategic leader with global experience, intercultural sensitivity, and a collaborative approach.
• Expertise in digital substations and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in English and flexibility to travel.
• This role offers the opportunity to refine and standardize global project execution processes, delivering streamlined solutions and optimized outcomes for customers worldwide.
