A Snapshot of Your Day 
As PMO Manager (f/m/d), you will lead internal initiatives that streamline and automate key processes such as EQS, EHS, LoA, and Lessons Learned while driving improvements in productivity and cost efficiency. You’ll also shape new business strategies to boost profitability and collaborate across portfolios to ensure best practices are shared throughout the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Develop internal programs (incl. setting deadlines, tracking progress and assessing results) to support business targets.
• Support the organization in reducing non-conformity costs, while increasing productivity and efficiency in our growing market.
• Develop new business concepts to increase overall profitability.
• Review, update, and support automation of existing processes to streamline the current process portfolio (e.g. Non-Conformity, Productivity, EQS, EHS, LoA, Lessons Learned).
• Collaborate with other portfolios, businesses, and regions to ensure best practice sharing across the organization.

What You Bring

• Degree in Finance, Consulting, or Engineering.
• Experience in PMO and/or internal program management.
• Longstanding experience in project management with a strong personal drive to lead internal programs.
• Ability to clearly present and formulate ideas and proposals for improvement.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
