Then come and join our global team as Product Manager (f/m/d) - MR (Magnetic Resonance) Fleet Services , to shape and optimize the rollout processes of MR Fleet Services, participate in strategic SW and HW initiatives, and transform operational data into actionable insights for our global stakeholders.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for driving the continuous development of Fleet Service rollout processes in coordination with all relevant Customer Services Headquarter processes, as well as country and MR (Magnetic Resonance) Business stakeholder.
- You will be representing Service Engineering MR within the MR business area for SW rollout and HW replacement strategies.
- You will continuously optimize the MR Fleet Services business, define and establish process and tool improvements for MR Fleet Services together with relevant Business Line MR representatives.
- You will validate and verify implemented SW Service Requirements together with representatives of the business line MR.
- You investigate, analyze, and evaluate operational data using statistical and data analytics to generate information on business-relevant Customer Services MR topics.
- You will report results to the Customer Services MR management team and other CS and Business Line MR stakeholders.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a completed degree in industrial engineering or a comparable specialization.
- You have substantial work experience in global Service processes.
- You have good technical knowledge in the MedTech field; MR Product Portfolio knowledge is highly valuable.
- You have solid know-how in project management and service lifecycle methodologies.
- Ideally you have already experience in Change Management on Process and Tool.
- You already have extensive, long-standing professional experience and additional qualifications in this field, but no university degree? Then we are equally happy to receive your application
Your attributes and skills:
- You have excellent communication skills in business fluent English. German is considered as a plus.
- You have the ability to work independently in a complex matrix organization and to reach consensus with other stakeholder.
- You can see beyond your direct responsibility, to understand the customer needs, as well as the ability to analyse issues down to the smallest detail.
- You impress with your initiative, embrace new technologies, and drive digital transformation with a results-focused mindset.
