As Sales Regional Manager South (m/f/d) , you are the face of ParkRaum-Management PRM GmbH (PRM) in your region (postal code areas 7xxxx, 8xxxx). You are primarily responsible for new customer sales as well as the support and further development of existing customer relationships —from initial contact to long-term partnership.
Your tasks - what you do with us:
- Active acquisition of new customers in your region (research, establishing contact, presenting our solutions)
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- You determine requirements, develop customized concepts, and negotiate contracts.
- Review of economic feasibility (business case, ROI)
- Maintenance and documentation of all customer activities in the HubSpot CRM system
- Regular reporting
- Coordination with technical project planning and property management for smooth implementation
Your profile - what you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of parking management, smart city, facility management, or technical services
- Confident use of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Strong communicator, customer-focused personality with a high degree of initiative
- Strong negotiation skills and confident manner
- Structured and independent way of working from home
- Willingness to travel within your region
- Ideally, you already live in the Ulm/Augsburg area;
- You have a class B driver's license (at least 2 years)
