Scheduling Coordinator (m/f/x)

Project description:
To support our team at our nuclear technology customer, we are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Does that sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks:

• Independent creation and tracking of project schedules in PRIMAVERA P6 / MS Project Pro (projects (20M+)
• Creating and maintaining dependencies between different project schedules
• Budget planning in the schedule in coordination with the project managers
• Controlling of project progress (target / actual comparison) in coordination with the project managers
• KPI reporting
• Rolling wave planning
• Support in the creation and incorporation of recovery plans
• Contribution to supplement / claim & risk management
• monthly internal meetings / discussions (processing query, prioritization)
• Communication in an international setting

Skills:

• degree (Bachelor) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering or comparable training / certification
• several years of professional experience in scheduling / knowledge of planning methodology
• very good knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
• goal-oriented, organizational talent, strong communication skills and team spirit
