Thank you in advance for your interest in this important role! In this position, you will be responsible for the further development of ourservice-oriented epension platform –a modern solution that allows employers, employees, and insurers to fully digitize company pension processes.

You will work onscalable Kotlin/Spring services, modern API interfaces, security-critical processes, and a platform architecture that we are continuously developing towardscloud-native capabilities, automation, and observability.
You will take responsibility for everything from architecture and implementation to operations, security, and continuous optimization.

You will develop and operate modern Kotlin/Spring services end-to-end.
Together with your cross-functional squad, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our services – from architectural decisions and implementation to API design, deployment, operation, security, and continuous optimization. You will work with Kotlin, Spring Boot, Gradle, PostgreSQL, and OpenAPI, ensuring that our services are robust, scalable, and well-documented.

You actively shape our technical platform.
You contribute to architecture reviews, technical discoveries, and technology decisions. In doing so, you influence the further development of our platform standards – from security and CI/CD to observability, build processes, deployment, and development workflows. Your goal: stable, traceable, and modern engineering practices.

You'll work closely with DevOps and the squad to drive automation and quality.
Together, you'll define build and release processes, further develop CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins), provide automated tests, and improve security, monitoring, and deployment patterns. You'll integrate authentication and authorization using Spring Security and Keycloak.

You will be responsible for operations and continuous improvement.
You will support incident and problem management, analyze errors, improve processes in the long term, and ensure, together with the squad, that the components you develop run stably. At the same time, you will ensure clearly structured technical documentation and API references so that knowledge remains within the team.

Scope for shaping standards, tools, and future technologies.
Our platform is constantly expanding and offers you the opportunity to shape modern engineering standards: CI/CD, security, architectural principles, observability, and build and deployment processes. You can evaluate new tools, initiate improvements, and, together with DevOps and your squad, help define the technical direction.

Technical challenges include
API design, IAM integration, performance optimization, data modeling, and scaling. You will design critical components of our services and work on modernizing our platform.
