You'll be a key player in shaping the future of Gas Services by leading the charge on our decarbonization and sustainability initiatives. You act as an internal consultant, generating innovative concepts and defining strategic projects that enhance our long-term resilience and success. You'll regularly present your proposals to senior leadership and then lead cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to life. 
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Taking ownership of projects focused on decarbonizing our business, from ideation to implementation
• Contributing directly to our sustainability goals and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
• Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, particularly those with a focus on sustainability
• Preparing detailed financial models and strategic proposals that you will present directly to executive leadership, influencing key decisions that will define our future
• Monitoring and managing the sustainability performance of our business area, developing strategies to optimize our impact and addressing challenges head-on
• Cultivating a robust network of internal and external stakeholders, positioning yourself as a key player in the industry

What You Bring

• A Master’s, MBA, or PhD in engineering, natural sciences, or business administration
• Several years of experience in strategy projects, ideally from a top-tier consulting firm or a reputable energy company, including hands-on work in M&A and financial modeling
• Comprehensive knowledge of decarbonization and sustainability strategies, with a clear passion for driving the energy transformation
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to prepare and facilitate high-stakes meetings with senior management
• Comfortability presenting complex ideas with confidence and clarity
• Motivation, result-orientation and a relentless drive to deliver work of the highest quality

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
