Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will optimize supplier management processes to ensure efficient and compliant fulfillment of internal and external requirements.
• You will leverage advanced technical tools (including AI) for process monitoring, data analysis, and automation, in combination with established process improvement and Lean Management methodologies.
• You will design and implement business processes within a regulated environment, delivering measurable improvements in productivity.
• You will facilitate improvement workshops and enable best-practice exchanges across functions.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on targeted objectives and outcomes.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a completed degree in a technical field or in business administration with a technical focus.
• You bring many years of experience in supplier management, ideally within a global medical device or IVD company, a regulated industry, or the automotive sector.
• You have hands-on experience with Lean Management and process improvement methodologies.
• You have demonstrated expertise in using AI technologies within a business environment.
• You possess profound knowledge in business process design, performance monitoring, and operating within a regulatory environment.
