• Design, administer, and optimize storage solutions across our distributed data center environment, ensuring maximum efficiency and high availability 
• Implement and maintain state-of-the-art SAN and NAS infrastructure utilizing cutting-edge hardware and software technologies 
• Leverage programming and scripting expertise to develop automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance system performance 
• Conduct proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, applying industry best practices to quickly identify and resolve storage-related issues 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between storage systems and other IT infrastructure components 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of storage configurations, operational processes, and system upgrades for technical reference and compliance requirements 

You excel in 

• Education
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience 
• Experience & Skills
• Proven track record in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise storage solutions in complex data center environments 
• In-depth expertise in SAN and NAS technologies with hands-on experience using related hardware and software tools 
• Strong programming/scripting capabilities (Python preferred) and experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet 
• Comprehensive knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration 
• Solid understanding of modern infrastructure concepts including Public Cloud platforms, S3 storage, containerization (Kubernetes), and virtualization solutions 
• Experience with one or more specialized systems preferred but not required: NetApp ONTAP, NetApp StorageGRID, Cisco MDS, Hitachi SAN, Fujitsu Eternus, or Openshift 
• Ways of working
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings 
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call rotation to ensure continuous data center operations
