Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support us in the implementation of (Gen)AI-solutions for document analysis
• Part of your supporting work consists of collecting, reviewing, connecting, automatically extracting data and drawing conclusions from it
• Together with us you will improve the accessibility of information in existing applications by helping to implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions
• In addition, you can get involved in researching new technologies, concepts and methods in the field of artificial intelligence

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are studying informatics, artificial intelligence, data science or a comparable field and will be available for at least one year
• You are fluent in Python, and it would be desirable if you already worked with server-side frameworks such as Flask, Django or FastAPI
• Ideally you have a basic understanding and experience with front-end concepts, in the best-case using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• You have a basic understanding of software engineering and are familiar with Agile principles and have already acquired knowledge in the field of machine learning, ideally with a focus on document intelligence

Your attributes and skills:

• You have a very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
• You enjoy working in a team and have a high team-working ability
• You have good communication skills especially describing AI solutions to diverse audiences
