Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support in customer service project management via the software application "bridge" on the ServiceNow platform
• You help to manage setups and change requests for factory installation checklists
• You support the customisation of the layout and configuration of the user interface for the Factory Installation Checklists as well as the recording and documentation of additional user requirements
• You can look forward to working closely with our agile software development team

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are successfully studying in a technical/engineering field, e.g. informatics, media sciences, medical engineering/technology or a related engineering field
• You are at least for one year available
• You have very good MS Office skills and you are confident in dealing with IT systems, ideally you have basic knowledge of databases or software architectures
• You have a high affinity for IT and ideally some experience in coding/programming

Your attributes and skills:

• You have a very good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are interested in agile development methods (e.g. Scrum)
• You have analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
