You’ll make a difference by
As a Working Student in our CRM Application Management team, you’ll collaborate with experienced CRM product owners, key users, and IT specialists to operate, enhance, and optimize solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is an ideal opportunity to translate your academic know-how into hands-on experience while shaping digital customer journeys at a global technology leader.
- Data quality & reporting: run duplicate checks, cleanse data, and build dashboards that give stakeholders actionable insights. Monitor and troubleshoot failed Power BI dataset refreshes, analyze error messages
- Process optimization: map current processes, identify improvement ideas, and prototype automations with low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Mendix).
- Support deployments: Execute end-to-end test scenarios before every production release, documenting findings and supporting zero-defect go-lives
- Create transparency: Build and maintain concise documentation of incidents, resolutions, process flows and KPIs so the team can learn faster every day.
Your defining qualities
- You are currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Management or a related field
- Initial exposure to a CRM platform (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.) through university projects, internships, or certifications is a plus
- Basic understanding of relational data models; SQL skills or experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) beneficial
- Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and ticket systems (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Reliable self-starter with a structured way of working, strong analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
