Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You assist in the monitoring and adaptation of organization-wide curated learning paths to ensure relevance and quality
• You help us to maintain and further develop our intranet page (SharePoint), keeping content up to date and engaging
• You will support the creation of dashboards and KPI evaluations to track learning impact
• You collect and analyze feedback from learners regularly to improve offerings
• You assist in organizing initiatives such as hackathons and champion programs that promote AI literacy and engagement

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Informatics, Medical Technology, or a comparable field) and ideally you are for a longer-term available
• You have knowledge of the M365 package, especially Excel and Power Point
• Ideally, you have experience with SharePoint or website development
• Knowledge of dashboard creation and experience with tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or similar is a plus

Your attributes and skills:

• You have very good English skills, German is a plus
• You are creative, initiative-driven, and have attention to detail
• You possess excellent communication and organizational skills
