Join us as a Working Student (f/m/d) in General, Data & IT Support for our groundbreaking SHERPA X Business Transformation Program in Erlangen. Dive into a world of innovation and collaboration where your ideas will help accelerate our digital journey!
You’ll make a difference by
- As a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Project Management Office (PMO), you will take part in smaller projects within the PMO, including independent coordination and communication with program team members.
- You will support administrative activities, including coordination and organization of meetings and events.
- You will perform data analysis, processing, and visualization using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- You will maintain and improve our SharePoint platform, including access management and document organization.
- Additionally, you will automate workflows and improve efficiency through scripting or low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate).
You excel in
- Education
- You are an enrolled student (from the 3rd semester) in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on project management, data analytics, or digitalization.
- Experience & Skills
- Ideally you have advanced skills in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint, and ideally some experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA) or basic programming (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Ways of working
- You have a structured and independent work approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Languages
- Very good English skills are required; German as an advantage.
