Join our team as a Working Student in Grid Technologies Sales within the Communication & Training Excellence team, and become part of a vibrant, forward-thinking environment where your growth is both professional and personal. In this role, you'll actively contribute to impactful customer engagement initiatives and communication strategies.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Provide comprehensive support for our Grid Technologies’ Customer Loyalty program, addressing inquiries from members and stakeholders, and managing backend administration and access sharing in CRM Salesforce
• Update and monitor Participation Management Tools for both internal and external events, including the creation of event websites
• Maintain and update internal SharePoints to ensure the team has access to the latest news, updates, and relevant information
• Assist in managing internal communication channels
• Create presentation materials and support project management efforts

What You Bring

• Current studies in any field, ideally with a focus on Sales, Marketing or Communications
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point and interested in video editing
• Initial experience with SharePoint Design is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent in German and English
