Then come and join our global team as  a Working Student (f/m/d) to support the IT Process Mining colleagues in realizing the Process Mining service.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support the Process Mining team in general operational tasks and service realization
• You will help us to create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to support service quality and consistency
• You will prepare materials for internal and external meetings and workshops
• You will participate in meetings with business stakeholders and help document outcomes and follow-ups
• You will assist in the administration and support of Process Mining tools

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently studying in any field, ideally in the field of Process Mining, business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, business informatics, information systems or a comparable course
• You are at least for 6 months available
• You are proficient in using common office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
• You have a strong interest in Process Mining and IT service management

Your attributes and skills:

• You have very good written and spoken English skills. German is a bonus
• You are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues
• You are curious about new tools and technologies and enjoy supporting others
• You have a confident and communicative demeanor, strong organizational skills, and reliability
• You bring analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
