A Snapshot of Your Day
We are launching a large-scale campaign to clean and consolidate duplicate accounts in Salesforce—targeting up to 30,000 duplicate record sets. As a working student, you will play a key role in reviewing and merging these records, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across our global sales organisation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Access and process duplicate record sets in Salesforce
- Review account data (names, addresses, related objects) and merge duplicates when clearly identifiable
- Contacting IT support in case of technical issues or reaching out to Account Owners globally to confirm duplication status
- Using COSMOS to identify inactive Account Owners and escalate to their managers or regional sales leads
- Communicate professionally and confidently with stakeholders across regions
- Log and report progress, blockers, and resolved cases
What You Bring
- Enrolled in a university programme (preferably in Business, IT, or related fields)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of Salesforce or high willingness to learn quickly
- Technical aptitude with software tools and data systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems and comfortable working in an international environment
