  You'll make an impact by

• You will assist in coordinating the interface between our Segment Business Lines and the global DI Sales Organization as part of the Domain Management team
• Additionally, you will engage in higher-level operational and strategic tasks within the broader Business Segment to further enhance our business strategies
• Your role will include supporting the development of strategic projects and contributing to the organizational setup of our Domain Management, focusing on improving ways of working between our Business Lines and Domain Managers
• You will work closely with Domain Managers, delivering insights through data analysis, generating reports, and creating sales enablement materials while conducting thorough research on Motion Control Services
• Moreover, you will manage external communications for the Segment Executive, such as LinkedIn activities, and drive knowledge management initiatives by managing the Business Segment SharePoint

• Education: Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Demonstrated interest in strategy, business development, and marketing through practical assignments or initial professional experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in data analysis, report generation, and handling strategic projects
• Ways of Working: Strategic thinker with a systematic and structured approach, complemented by creativity, proactivity, and high motivation to learn
• Languages: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
