Your tasks:

• Supporting the caseworkers in the preparation of social expert opinions in connection with court care proceedings
• Participation in advising interested citizens on issues relating to legal guardianship, health care proxies, advance care directives and living wills
• Assisting in the development and mediation of assistance to prevent guardianship for affected citizens
• Supporting the administrative staff with administrative activities, e.g. in the areas of telephony and official mailboxes

Your profile:

• Matriculation in the degree programs (Bachelor or Master) Social Work or Social Pedagogy (please enclose current certificate of matriculation)
• Willingness to deal with people in extreme situations and empathy for the problems of the people concerned (sometimes with difficult personality structures due to illness) and their social environment
• Willingness to deal with the meaning of relevant medical terminology and to research (procedural) legal requirements
• IT skills and an independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational skills
