For our team we are looking for a part-time / full-time employee for the Surgery Office (m/f/d) at the Erlenbach am Main site from 01.01.2026.

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients
• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments
• Communication with the practices in private practice (obtaining findings)
• You will be responsible for accompanying and assisting with BG consultations

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience is an advantage
• Personal commitment, motivation, reliability, ability to work in a team
• Friendly, personable demeanor and a sensitive approach to patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
