Always be one step ahead and make our motto your own: "Life's Good!” The CPFR Planner at LG Electronics is responsible for driving collaborative demand planning, inventory management, and replenishment activities with key retail partners. This role ensures product availability, improves forecast accuracy, and supports sales growth through data-driven planning and operational excellence. The CPFR Planner works closely with internal teams—Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing—and directly with customers to align forecasts, understand business trends, and optimize inventory levels across the supply chain.
Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative demand forecasts with retail partners using sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data.
• Monitor retailer inventory levels, open-to-buy, weeks of supply, and stock health to prevent both out-of-stock and excess inventory.
• Plan and execute replenishment strategies to ensure optimal product availability at distribution centers and store levels.
• Facilitate weekly or monthly CPFR alignment meetings with customers to review forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify supply shortages, risks, and operational constraints; coordinate resolution with demand planning, logistics, and production teams.
• Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze historical trends, POS data, promotional impacts, market dynamics, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory management, CPFR, or related roles (electronics or FMCG industry preferred). Experience working with major retailers (e.g., MediaMarkt, Amazon, Otto etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and analytics tools.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems (SAP/APO/IBP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is beneficial.
