• Manage sales programs and promotional activities
• Review and manage yearly contracts
• Handle debit notes and invoices, including communication with customers (both internal and external)
• Create and analyze sales reports and business reports for stakeholders and customers
• Assist sales teams and manage risks
• Evaluate and improve business processes
• Identify and resolve issues
• Set up and enforce company policies and procedures

Your qualifications

• Training in wholesale/industry or a university degree (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the industry is helpful
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
• Adaptable and comfortable working with numbers
