Controlling Manager (m/w/d)
Location: Eschborn

Role and Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support sales & profit forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Performance Monitoring : Analyze key variances against forecasts and price trends by channel and customer to manage and monitor the company’s financial performance.
• Cost Control & Efficiency : Implement and manage cost control initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Reporting & Insights : Prepare and present clear, concise management reports that highlight actual performance, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Ad-hoc Analysis : Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc analysis to support new business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Support the budgeting and forecasting process with a strong focus on profitability targets and financial planning.
• Compliance & Controls : Oversee internal control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Academic degree in business, accounting, finance or related field
• Proven work experience in accounting/finance/controlling
• Understand and analyze the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement
• Good understanding of financial data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and build strong relationship with stakeholders
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, PPT) as well as SAP and Microsoft SQL
• Analytical and performance-oriented attitude with a proven ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills
• Good team player and happy to communicate with other teams
• Fluent Korean and advanced command of English or German
