• Assistance in creating, updating, and optimizing product lists, prices, and promotions.
• Performing inventory and availability checks and coordinating with the logistics team.
• Supporting the analysis of sales figures, conversion rates, and campaign results.
• Maintaining customer and order data in the system and processing simple customer inquiries.
• Assisting with the implementation of marketing campaigns and special promotions in the shop.
• Creating small competitive analyses to optimize product placement and pricing strategy.

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Interest in e-commerce, online distribution, and digital sales strategies.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, experience with shop or CMS systems.
• Analytical thinking and a meticulous approach to work.
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and initiative.
• Fluent English skills and Korean as an additional language skill is a plus
