Engineer Technical Support (m/f/d) – Korean fluency
Location: Eschborn
Contract Position During Maternity Leave Replacement until December 31, 2026
Role and Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with technicians from our authorized service partners to identify early failures of new household appliances.
- Independent handling of identified issues.
- Analysis of hardware and software causes and coordination of solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Creation of weekly reports on activities, problems, and technical assessments.
- Monitoring of product failure rates during the early market phase.
- Leading weekly calls with internal engineering teams and providing ad-hoc feedback on current topics.
- Support during factory and engineering visits in Germany to review activities and findings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Completed technical training or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in the repair of household appliances or in quality assurance.
- Excellent language skills in Korean and English.
- Proficient in using common PC tools.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
- Independent, customer-oriented work approach.
