Über diesen Job
In this position, you actively support the management in daily operations as well as strategic financial projects. You act as the organizational backbone, maintaining an overview of complex processes and preparing essential foundations for decision-making. As a high-communication liaison, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support for core business operations and contribute actively to the execution of strategic financial initiatives and high-priority special projects.
- Proactively plan, coordinate, and track complex schedules and international business travel to ensure the most efficient use of management’s time and resources.
- Orchestrate internal and external meetings from inception to completion, including drafting comprehensive agendas, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring meticulous follow-up on action items.
- Develop, analyze, and refine financial reports, presentations, and strategic documents that serve as the foundation for corporate decision-making and long-term planning.
- Serve as the central point of contact between specialized internal departments and global external partners, fostering a culture of transparent communication and seamless collaboration.
- Independently lead assigned special projects and handle ad-hoc operational requirements with a high degree of adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving expertise.
- Manage the internal flow of information with precision, ensuring that all data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professional integrity.
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field that provides a strong analytical foundation.
- Proven track record in an executive support, project management, or administrative leadership role, preferably gained within the financial services sector or a multinational corporate environment.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced command of the Microsoft Office Suite—specifically Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint (executive storytelling), and Word—alongside experience with modern financial software systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse corporate hierarchies and interact professionally with high-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in Korean, English and German (written and spoken) is strictly required for daily international correspondence and cross-border project coordination.
- A proactive, solution-oriented work ethic characterized by absolute reliability, emotional intelligence, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining data privacy and corporate discretion.
