About the Role:

As a Senior SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant, you will lead and support SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations and optimizations for international clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-value solutions that enhance warehouse and logistics operations, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Analyze current business processes and define optimized future-state processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and fit-to-standard workshops.
• Provide expert consulting on SAP EWM best practices and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM).
• Create and maintain project documentation including functional specs and training materials.
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in global template rollout projects.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM, including S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and SAP logistics modules.
• Experience with SAP EWM outbound/inbound/internal processes, VAS, Quality Inspections, Wave Management, and Physical Inventory.
• Familiarity with Post Processing Framework (PPF) and Master Data configuration.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Ability to work in multicultural and cross-border teams.
