Job Description:
Customer is looking for an Architect who can guide internal ServiceNow platform capability architects to strive for a healthy, manageable, and scalable platform architecture according to best practices and by that supporting the service execution for Customer’s business applications operated on ServiceNow
Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
- architect enterprise-wide solutions, guide organization decisions following best practices and optimize the health of our ServiceNow solution
- support enterprise strategy and plans
- value analysis of AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios
- instance strategies o user experience- support BASF in design and build scalable architecture
- review and challenge technical solution designs of multiple teams/organizations/providers
- guide on technical decisions following best practices (OOTB - out of the box)
- review and challenge processes of Customer regarding ServiceNow best practices
- drive ongoing platform health and upgradability
- Role of the architect has dedicated advisory function to support Customer in architecture decisions
