We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team.

Position : Internal Sales & Customer Service Specialist "m/f/d"

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and creating offers for spare parts, repairs, modifications, and service assignments.
  • Following up on offers, performing calculations, and maintaining relevant data (product and customer data) in the existing IT system.
  • Actively supporting and advising customers, both via phone and in writing.
  • Preparing and scheduling assembly work.
  • Conducting pre- and post-assembly meetings in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Handling and following up on customer complaints to ensure quick and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, technical sales specialist, wholesale and export merchant).
  • Ideally, professional experience in technical inside sales or service support.
  • Solid technical understanding of industrial equipment, preferably experience with fans, compressors, or other rotating machinery.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus.
  • Strong customer orientation and solution-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style.
  • High level of commitment and sense of responsibility.
  • Flexibility and willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
